Open a user

If you do not have a user, go to https://app.mindli.com.
(We recommend you use a Google account to ease login on other platforms such as Android or iOS).
  • Do the onboarding including adding your WhatsApp number for adding Sparks.
  • You will see some pre-loaded Sparks based on your onboarding. You can delete them later.
  • Try to add a Spark using the > Add New Spark, top left.
  • Try to add a Box using > Add New Box.
You are good to go with the basic setup.

Download the Chrome/Edge extension

The web extension allows you to add Sparks from any website while browsing (it is also needed for our split web side-by-side display).
The Chrome MindLi extension is critical for showing URLs inside the MindLi window.

Set up your Add Spark by WhatsApp

Our most popular sensor to Add Sparks.
If you have not set your mobile phone in the onboarding yet:
  • Go to menu > Settings > Add Spark > By WhatsApp and set your mobile number.
  • Remember to save the MindLi number with the name “MindLi Add Spark” for easy search.
  • From now on, you can send messages (text, image, file, and voice) to MindLi, and it will be connected to your Inbox.
  • Try: take a picture of your room and get a verbal description of the room.
  • Try: send a voice message “I like to think”, look for the Spark in your Inbox.

Install our iOS or Android app

Use Apple App Store to download MindLi
Use Google Play to download MindLi
Tip: use the same login method as on web (Google login is recommended).
Now, you can also manage your Boxes and Sparks on mobile.

Explore MindLi

Roam the various screens on the web and mobile:
  • On web: go to this site https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bird; click on the M+ in Chrome/Edge to Add the Spark.
  • On mobile: go to the same site, use Share (into the app itself) to directly Add a Spark.
  • On mobile: take a selfie and send it to “MindLi Add Spark” in WhatsApp, add caption “my selfie.”
  • On WhatsApp: Record a voice message “My first Spark from WhatsApp” and send it to MindLi Add Spark.
All four sparks should wait for you in your Inbox (same on web and on mobile).Continue to explore. MindLi is designed for self-discovery.
