Overview

A Box is a container that holds related Sparks and can also contain Sub-Boxes. It helps you organize your thoughts and information in a structured way. A Box has a name and description. It can be placed under one Parent Box, and it can contain other Sub-Boxes. Smart Tip:Use Bulk Actions when you want to organize several Sparks at once.After you select Sparks, you can:
  • Connect them to other Boxes
  • Move them
  • Archive them
  • Send them to Trash

Box Screen Controls

  1. Box: Manage Box settings, view options, search, edit details, star/unstar, move to trash, export, and manage sharing
  2. Sparks: View Sparks in this Box, create new Sparks, and select multiple Sparks for bulk actions
  3. Sub-Boxes: View Sub-Boxes within this Box and create new Sub-Boxes
  4. Create: Generate AI-powered insights across all Sparks in this Box

  1. Sort: Change the order of Sparks in this Box
  2. List View: Show Sparks in a compact list
  3. Feed View: Show Sparks as larger preview cards

Sub-Boxes

  1. Filter: Choose which Sub-Boxes appear in this Box
  2. Sort: Change the order of Sub-Boxes in this Box
  3. Spark Preview: Choose how much Spark preview content appears under Sub-Boxes
  4. Level: Choose how many Sub-Box levels are expanded in this Box
