Box Actions

The Box More (…) menu includes several options. To open the Box menu use the ellipsis button on the upper right.
  1. Edit Box: Change the Box name or edit the Box level (i.e., place it under another Box or move it to the main level.)
  2. Delete Box: This is an irreversible action – the Box will be deleted with all its Sparks.
  3. Invite to a Group: Send an invitation to friends, family or collaborators to use the Box. Notice: A group member will have the same rights as you, i.e., the ability to perform all actions on the Sparks, delete Sparks, and even delete the entire Box.
  4. Bulk Edit Sparks: To perform actions on multiple Sparks at once.
  5. Show/Hide Archived Sparks: By default, archived Sparks are hidden in the Box view. This action will reveal them. You can also turn on/off this option, globally, from Settings
  6. Box AI: Cool set of AI actions on the entire Box. Look for the bulb icon.
