Overview

A Box is a container that holds related Sparks and can also contain Sub-Boxes. It helps you organize your thoughts and information in a structured way. A Box has a name, description, and can be connected to other Boxes (Parent Box).

Control Buttons

  1. Sparks: Show the Sparks of the Box in a List or Feed view.
  2. Sub-Boxes: Show all Sub-Boxes within this Box.
  3. Other: Access all the Box details; and group information if applicable.
  4. Create: Activate the Create AI assistant for this Box.

Box Actions

  1. Edit: Box Name, Description, or Parent (i.e., place it under another Box or move it to the main level).
  2. Reorder: Set the location of this Box among other Boxes under the same Parent Box.
  3. Lab - Invite to Group: Send an invitation to friends, family or collaborators to use the Box.
    A group member will have the same rights as you, i.e., the ability to perform all actions on the Sparks, delete Sparks, and even delete the entire Box.
  4. Star Box: Mark the Box as Starred to easily find it later from the Avatar menu.
  5. Move Box to Trash: The Box will be moved to Trash with all its Sparks.

Spark Actions

  1. Show/Hide Archived Sparks: By default, archived Sparks are hidden. This action will reveal them. You can also turn on/off this option, globally, from Settings.
  2. Select for Bulk Actions: To perform actions on multiple Sparks at once.
You can view the Sparks as a list or as a feed; as well as sort them. The sort and view is saved per Box.
